- Turn key projects - Nortex provides comprehensive project management services for its AMR/AMI systems, including long term BOT (Build Operate Transfer) projects or partial services: installation and maintenance. Nortex partners with Adea Power Consulting Pty Ltd to provide these services.
- Self installation and maintenance - Nortex provides full support to customers who are willing to install the system by themselves. Support is provided during installation and during operation. Nortex provides training for installation and maintenance, and consulting services related to creating service center with support for oriented test facilities. Installation is carried out by the advanced Tiny™ runtime installation tool.
- Warranty period - In general, each project is covered by a 1-year warranty for the entire system. In high volume projects, Nortex establishes a local maintenance center, which operates throughout the warranty period. In low volume projects, Nortex supplies the necessary cards and spare parts, while faulty units are shipped to the company for repair.
- Training for customer - The customer training program is carried out by experienced personnel at the customer's facilities and covers installation, system operation and maintenance activities. English documentation is provided.
- Engineering Support - Nortex provides customer support when engineering modifications and feature expansions are required.
